Terms of Service

Auda is a practice tool that gives you automated, AI-generated feedback on job-interview answers. It is an aid for preparation only. Auda does not guarantee that you will pass an interview, receive a job offer, or achieve any particular result, and it is not professional, legal, immigration, or career advice.

You must provide an accurate email address, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual; do not share credentials.

Auda offers a free audit and a limited number of free practice sessions with no payment card required. We may change the structure or limits of the free offering at any time.

Paid plans grant access to the full product for a fixed period (for example, a 30-day or 90-day window). Plans are one-time purchases for a time-limited window — they are not auto-renewing subscriptions, and access ends when the window expires unless you purchase again. Prices and access periods are shown at checkout.

Direct purchases are processed by Stripe; purchases made through the Hotmart marketplace are processed by Hotmart and are also subject to Hotmart's terms. Prices may be shown in local equivalents and applicable taxes may apply.

When using Auda you agree not to:

• ·abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or other protections;
• ·scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the questions, feedback, or other content;
• ·reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or prompts;
• ·use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Scores and feedback are automated estimates produced by AI and may contain errors or inconsistencies. Use them as guidance, not as a definitive assessment of your ability or your chances in any specific interview.

Auda, including its software, questions, and content, belongs to us. You keep ownership of the answers and content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service (including sending them to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy).

Auda is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
