Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Auda is an English interview-practice service operated by Tekton Digital ("Auda", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@withauda.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the practice product:

  • Account details — your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
  • Audit and practice content — your typed or spoken answers to interview questions, and a few setup details you choose (your job-search status, target role category, target market, and self-rated English comfort). When you speak an answer, the audio is sent for transcription and we keep the resulting text; we do not retain the raw audio recording.
  • Scores and feedback — the AI-generated evaluation of each answer (overall score, the eight dimension scores, and written feedback).
  • Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details; we keep a payment reference, your purchase date, and your access expiry.
  • Usage and technical data — basic event data about how you move through the product (for example, that an audit was completed or a session finished), and your IP address, which we use in a rate-limited, bucketed form to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the service, generate and improve your feedback, run the free-audit and free-session flows, process purchases, send you account and product emails, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

AI processing of your answers

Auda's feedback is generated by third-party AI services. To produce your scores and coaching, the text of your answers is sent to our AI evaluation provider, and spoken answers are sent to a speech-to-text provider for transcription. Interview questions may be sent to a text-to-speech provider so they can be read aloud. We instruct these providers to process the content only to perform the requested task. Avoid including sensitive personal information you would not want processed in your spoken or typed answers.

Service providers we share data with

We share data only with the providers that make the product work, each processing it on our behalf:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing (direct purchases).
  • Hotmart — marketplace and payment processing (LatAm purchases made through Hotmart).
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI evaluation of your answers.
  • OpenAI (Whisper) — transcription of spoken answers.
  • ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for interview questions.
  • Kit (ConvertKit) — product and marketing email.
  • PostHog — product analytics (only if enabled).
  • Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

International data transfers

Our providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where this happens, we rely on the providers' safeguards for international transfers. By using Auda you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

How long we keep your data

We keep account and practice data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see your rights below). Anonymous audit submissions that are never linked to an account may be removed on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@withauda.com from your account email and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of strictly functional items: a sign-in session cookie to keep you logged in, and local-storage values (such as your audit token and an anonymous identifier) used to continue your audit and measure the funnel. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the product.

Children

Auda is intended for adults preparing for job interviews and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the date at the top when we do, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
